Slab Shot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slab Shot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Slab Shot is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling graded (slabbed) sports cards. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but do not own, possess, or inspect the cards listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Buying and Selling

Sellers must accurately describe their items. All graded cards must be authentic and as described. Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping and taxes. Slab Shot charges a commission on each sale (5-8% depending on seller tier).

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Funds are held in escrow for a 3-day buyer protection period after delivery. Sellers receive payouts to their connected Stripe account.

6. Shipping

Sellers must ship items within 3 business days of a sale. Tracking information must be provided. Sellers are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage.

7. Prohibited Items

Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented cards are strictly prohibited. Altered or trimmed cards without disclosure are prohibited. Violation results in immediate account suspension.

8. Disputes

Buyers may open a dispute within the 3-day protection period. Slab Shot will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Our decision on disputes is final.

9. Limitation of Liability

Slab Shot is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the fees collected.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
